Full Maintenance Contract

We will maintain your network, computer, printer or any other approved equipment. If a part fails we replace it for a comparable or better component, at no additional cost to you.

Service Contract

All callouts for the month will be paid for with one monthly payment. We will calculate the number of hours you would need from us and that is the fee you pay.

Asset Control

We will Manage and control your computer asset register, keeping track of your serial numbers and license keys.

Service Level Agreements

On signing of, and for a small monthly fee we will ensure that we give your calls our highest priority, responding to your call within the specified time, and resolving the problem within the alloted time. For each call you pay a preferential rate.

Backup Contract

We will arrange to backup your data, transport it off site and store it in a secure location. See this spot soon for some exciting developments with regards secure on-line backups.
